I don't think they're a sponsor here or anything, but I just wanted to make some noise for the excellent customer service at JBA Headers.

I've been having some issues getting my V6 converted to dual exhaust (as in, none of my local muffler shops want to go near it if they have to fab any of the piping for it) and I was able to track down a part I needed that JBA makes.

Anyway, my local JBA supplier couldn't locate/order the part for me, so I talked to one of the account managers at JBA (his name is John, if you've ever dealt with him before) and he was exceptional with helping me get everything together. Called my local supplier, talked to whoever in their ordering department and got them to locate the part and give me a call to get it ordered.

So I just wanted to give a big shout out to JBA and their amazing customer service work helping me to mod my Stang.

There are lots of topics highlighting the crappy service of some aftermarket companies, and I just wanted to give props to some exceptional customer service too!

If anybody's thinking about picking up some stuff from JBA, I definitely wouldn't hesitate!

 

ummm what part did you need that doesnt come with all the dual exhaust set ups for V6s?, i dont understand, tons of people buy the full systems with X or H pipes and get it all on just fine based off what i've read on here

 

When i ordered my jba dual h system they left out a midpipe. They sent it to me next day air, it was the wrong side but I made it work...

They are good to deal with, on a dealer level as well.

 

I'm putting Borla Stingers on with a JBA stainless H, so I needed the JBA H-pipe without the mufflers. The JBA H kit that included the mufflers would have been easy enough to order, but the pipes without mufflers are apparently an unusual purchase so it was hard to track down. There's only one JBA supplier in my city and they didn't have it in their catalogue ready to order, so that's where all the problems came in trying to get this done.

V6mustangstuff.com sells the H-pipe without mufflers, but I live in Canada and apparently the package is too big to ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc so it would have been like a $400 shipping bill to have it freighted up here.
