Default SCT Xcal2: User Adjustable Parameters

I need some input from SCT Xcal2 users (4.6L).

I need to know which of the following is user adjustable as long as the tuner doesnt "Lock" his tune.
Also what range are they adjustable to?

1. RPM Limit
2. Idle Speed
3. TCS Deactivation
4. Fan Activation and Deactivation Temps
5. Tire Size
6. Gear size

1,2,4,5,6......the TCS is not a feature on the SCT Xcal2...only done in the tune, the rest should be accessible

Thanks!

Tune 1: 87 Octane MPG Tune for my mods w/ TCS (If 93 unavailable, Snow, etc)
Tune 2: 93 Octane Performance Tune w/ TCS Disabled

So what should I do for the 3rd tune?
87 Octane Performance for throttle response on cheap gas?
93 Octane MPG to help with the weekly fuel bill?
91 Octane MPG for mixed tank?
