I just got some new wheels which really show the brakes. I am wondering what people thoughts are on painting the calipers?

Thanks for the search, I'm more interested in what people think of it.

 

Do it, makes it look a lot better. The calipers just seem to clash with most wheels and I think it really helps to get some paint on them to either hide them or make them accents.

 

I've always liked red calipers to add some color.

 

Especially with black rims.

Yes paint them. I just did mine red and what a difference. You may also want to paint the rotors as well. Mine were starting to look like crap and my car is a weekend driver and doesn't see weather. I did the rotors with some G2 caliber paint. I did the rotors black to match the stang and looks really clean.

 

I just painted mine with the Duplicolor kit on Friday. Here's a couple pics of the results:
