Default Headrest removal

Anybody know how to remove the headrest on an 2008? Also, can the seatbelt warning light and buzzer be disconnected? Thanks

OK, I typically don't do this, but this one just screamed at me...

<clears throat> So you're telling us that your plan is to remove the headrests (which prevent you from snapping your neck in an accident) in addition to not wearing your seatbelt?

There is a small release hole in the trim benzel.
Use a paperclip to release the tab holding it in.

The sealbelt reminder disable is described in the Owners Manual.
Or cut your seatbelt and insert the metal tab into the locking mechanisim.
Problem solved faster than reading that pesky Owners Manual. [:@]
