Hey all i've noticed something my V6 does that My GT doesnt do. Both are Manuals

When Im at a stop sign red light and sitting in nuteral. I have this light rattle sound (fly wheel Maybe) and when I put the clutch in it stops.

The GT does not do this so Im wondering is this normal or should I bring it up to the dealer. The 4.0 doesnt even have 3k miles yet, and the GT not even 1k. I was wondering , anyne else notice this in there 4.0?

mine does that, and it's gotten alittle bit louder too. I have taken it to the dealership 4 times and they say "it's a manual, it will make some noise" blah blah blah... to me that is unacceptable. but i haven't found another dealership to take it to. the stock clutch sucks...

Mine has it, but it's not affected by having the clutch in or out, it's there regardless. It's been there since day one. It's not a loud rattle and I've always just written it off to Misc. Engine Rattle at idle. Can't hear it 99% of the time though because the radio is up loud enough to cover it.

i have similar noises at idle and have been told they are normal. Had them since day one and the car now has 4500 miles on it and they haven't changed much. It annoys me, but until someone gets this problem fixed I don't think there is much the dealers will do until there is a TSB or something.

Its gear rattle. The only way to fix it is to take out you nice light flywheel and replaceit with a 40 lb Dual Mass unit.

They decided the GT could give up 2/10 of a second to stop people from complaining.
I guess they decided the V-6 guys wouldnt want to give up 3/10 of a second.
Sounds like they decided wrong.
