Default Error code need help please!

So a couple days ago I got an error code and today I went to check it out with my SCT X2. I got...

PO456 Evap Ctrl SYS Small Leak.

Can someone please tell me what this means and what I can do to fix it? Is this something that I can have fixed at my performance shop, or must I go through Ford. Any help with be appreciated!

Mabey from your long tubes. Are your rear O2 sensors off?

Yes the sensors are off even though I have cats. It would be a different code if I was dealing with O2's.

This has nothing to do with O2 sensors, Google it! It's related to the evaporative emissions system; it relates to the fuel vapors in the tank being vented to the charcoal canister for later re-entry into the intake manifold. It may be as simple as your gas cap being loose or a small hole in a hose or a loose hose leading from your tank toward your engine compartment.
