Default Power window problem

first off.. have an 07' V6 Mustang..

And... Lately i've been having a problem with my power windows. I've noticed after i close my door the window doesnt go back up (when it pops down when you open the door, and back up on close). The weird thing is.. is the automatic down works, but the auto-up doesnt. I've taken it in to the dealership and they've done tests on my battery and could find nothing wrong. They also did some kind of reset which caused my windows to work for a while, but this is the third time its happened. On my way home from work today, i started playing with the button on my drivers side going auto-down, and trying to get auto-up to work with no luck. finally it started working - for now the problem is solved on that side.. now my passenger side is doing the same, and i cant get it to auto-up to work when i shut the door. Any help would be appreciated..

Take a peek in the owners book. It tells you how to reset the window feature
Odd that it happens this much tho. Disconnecting the battery or letting it sit for weeks

Thanks so much guys! I never gave it a thought that it would be in there. But.. if this is the case.. any idea what could be causing my battery to get low? When i got it tested i was told the test went perfect with no problems, and that its not the battery. when i start my car up the meter goes in the middle (normal). is it a possibility it could be the radio, and i need to shut it off every time i turn the car off? I mean the car was sitting for probley 8hrs and it was fine earlier..
