06saleen3v, sucks that you can't make it on sunday. i was definitely hoping to check out the saleen. the pictures and video couldn't give it enough justice. well hopefully i'll be able to cruise with you guys very soon.

sidenote: weren't the 5 spokes available on 07 and up? i can't remember ever seeing them on 05-06's. i could be wrong, you are the saleen owner.
Im sorry man, I really wanted to go but I forgot about a prior engagement. If you arent going to that Calabassas event on Sunday, come to HCM! There will be a few special people there
lol ARE YOU THAT SPECIAL PERSON of the "special people" where is santee in regards to santa monica? all i know is, we're both still so-cal.
It's about 2 1/2-3 hours (depending on traffic)south on the 405 to the 5, then out on the 52 freeway. I used to commute on the weekends from North Orange County down to Santee to visit family, back when I lived in the OC...It can be hellish.

i'm sure. i used to go to sd every month to visit friends and we'd make it there in 2 hours. thanks to the radar and 125mph nights. never thought an ML320 could haul a$$ until they met me. haha

yeah i bet it does especially with the specialized vacuum ducts in the exhaust. i'm holding off on the exhaust mods cuz i plan to put on the cervinis c-series and i have no idea what kind of exhaust to get cuz i don't want it to get too loud inside the car while driving so it'll take some time to figure all that out. that and get the money together lol
Smart idea, I would wait too...let us know when you want to start ordering your cervinis parts

We do paint and install. It will be worth it, keep me posted on what exactly you are looking at. Ernie should be responding to your requests ASAP. Thanks

as for exterior goes, i'm just going for a cervinis c-series eleanor full body kit. wondering how the ronaele/bbr front bumper would look with the rest being cervinis. that's pretty much exactly what i'm looking for. apparently the ground clearance on the side exhaust is somewhere between 4-5inches? (correct me if im wrong please) so i guess i won't be lowering too much. down the line i'd like to beef up the suspension and maybe throw in a saleen supercharger, but for now just the exterior and minor bolt ons to keep the car running smooth.

Do you want a price on the entire kit or just those two other pieces you requested?

for now let's just save time and just the two pieces that i requested. i'm thinking about starting with those two but i have a question as to if i started off by putting on those 2 pieces, would there be any risk of the entire kit not matching paint-wise because of paint fade? so like if i put the quarter louvers and side scoops on, but waited a couple weeks for the hood, front bumper, side skirts, etc.... just a question

ok i'm not gonna quote cuz it's getting really big lol.

what's your suggestion? one piece at a time or all together at the same time then just get the entire car painted or just paint the parts and install? keeping in mind the canvas that i'll be using will be a 2008 mustang gt coupe
