Default X PIPE

Hi
Has anyone purchased a pypes X pipe part number MTE504600X or RPM outlet #XFM43
It is just a X pipe you cut the exhaust behind the cats and attach to the mid pipe
If so i have a question to ask you
Thanks
Ron

2 things.

1.DONT buy a off road pipe from pypes.
2. DONT buy from RPM Outlet.

The cheapest ones ive seen people buy that work are the BBK ones. and it replaces the cats. or you can get one that keeps the cats. and still does the cross over after. Waste of money if you dont go off road and delete the cats on the x pipe.

If you're rich, definately order from rpmoutlet. Make sure you share the entertaining story afterwards.

The Pypes X your talking about is the same as the FRPP one. Its a decent piece. Go to ebay and search for Energizer Racing. He has the best price on them I have seen and is a quality vendor. He is a sponsor for the local Mustang club I run with and a good guy.

Don't buy from RPM Outlet. Do a search on this forum and you'll see countless problems people have had with them. True there are few and I mean FEW people who have had success, but be on the safe side and stay clear from them.
Check out the vendors at the top of the Mustang Forums. They'll usually give you a discount for being a forum member.

Why - who's going to see it unless it's up on a lift? Curious...
