get yellow anodized ones. paint will never hold up especially when taking them on and off.

use the anodized lug nuts then paint them yellow they will look much better. use a cloth to tighten them and use automotive paint with primer, do several coats. Should cost $30 for a paint match + bassic clear coat and primer.

how will they be put on???
Unless you're just going to tighten them by hand, any torque or impact wrench is going to screw up the paint job, right?
If anything paint it black!
