Same here and I think I sit relatively close to the wheel...I dont reach too far back for the belt...hmmm thats weird
well you're wierd then. Because the seatbelts are most definetly far back in the stang. Without a doubt.
Hmmm maybe I am just used to it or something

HIDs are now a $550 option. I wish I could of found a car on a dealer lot that had them in my price range. But the only cars that had them were around $34,000! LOL The seat belt clip in the 08s is pretty nice though.

Okay first off, i got my car back today so im pretty happy about that... but ive noticed this for a while and i dont know if you guys have the same issue

When im going WOT and i shift from 2-3rd, after i let off the clutch to hit the gas in 3rd the car doesnt go for about 1-2 secs, i hear the engine roar and it seems like the car is in neutral for that small amount of time.. this doesnt hapeen from 1-2nd at all?

2nd off... i saw a picture on here a while back of a guy who sells seat-belt things that go in your headrest, then there was a guy who posted a pic with the FACTORY ones, i was looking at the FACTORY ones and i dont understand how that works... if someone could explain that would be nice.

Thanks!

what is wot? sorry i'm new at this.

i'm so jealous of the 08's... but only for the hid's, and now the seat belt extenders.
Don't forget the iPod jack...

they do have the HID option but it is a $525 option. However to get the HID's you must also get the Active Anti-Theft System (Perimeter Inclination & Intrusion Alarms) which is an additional $325.

but that's for a brand new 08

i'm not sure how much it would cost if you went into the stealership to get the factory HID's installed.

The seat belts location drove me nuts for the first few weeks. Now I don't even notice I'm doing it, just like putting on the belt. I guess I somehow subconciously figured out a way to grab it and don't even notice now.
