i think it's a little much, just my .02

maybe if the billet itself wasn't so extreme, like thinner lines of metal maybe..just maybe it would work

That's exactly what I thought!

Might work better as a show car in different light... But then that photo is a little bright anyway... maybe another angle would make it look less intense?

+1 It's a bit too much. I bought the polished insert from SS Inserts for my black GT. It reflects the black off the hood and most of the time looks like a true scoop 90% of the time. It's also easier to clean then that honeycomb that ford used.

Good lord!!!! Next thing you know sports car owners are gonna put billet grilles on foglights and headlights. GRILLES ARE FOR TRUCKS, not for muscle cars. Those thing don't combine just like ricers and big engines.

It might be ok in a picture where is shows just the insert and not the entire front of the car in billet....It just has to much going on up front...

A friend of mine said I should do it to my car ... even photochopped a picture of it but I decided it was a little over the top.

The photochop was a pretty good one though now that I see the real product.
