You had the same problem as I did? do you have the same red plastic BPV?? I found mine next to the intercooler.
i think it should be louder mine is and i have a p1sc .... you may want to double check you tubing and make sure everything is really really tight... also procharger does sell a race valve that is louder...and i have been told there are after market ones that are alot cheeper....

I think its called compressor surge the sound that you are hearing, talk to some import guys that know there stuff about turbos, tututututu as you called it or the shuttering of your blow of valve if I remeber corectly should be kept to a minimum, if it shutters under hard shifts with boost its set incorectly. I know for a fact that is is supposed to sound on way not the other, pretty much when it shutters its not letting all the excess boost pressure out fast enough hence putting back pressure on the turbine, but then again I could be totally wrong
Heres some good info ya its related to tubos but what you have is a belt driven tubo

ok i didnt read the responses but the reason you are getting flutter is because the spring on your bybass valve is tightend too much, if you loosen it a little you can get it to flow correctly. if you see my other videos it no longer sounds like that
