Yeah, it felt really boggy. Lots of throttle lag again. It certainly wasn't as alert as my 93 tune.

I started with an 87 octane tune, then installed the 93. Although that was some time ago, I do recall there being a noticable difference and have never went back. The other day, I got a chance to drive a friends 07 stock GT.It feltsluggish as hell after driving mine all this time with a tune.

man 13.8 thats horrible you must love your car,i thought my 17.3 was badbut most of the roads here are single lane and i always get stuck behind slow people, oh and its illegal to pass anyone, and if you get caught going over 100(which i wouldnt do,roads are windy as ****)the brits take your car, and you cant drive for a year.

kool , nuke when you mean low end how much better was it?
All seat-of-the-pants. I feel like the 89 tune will spin 'em out of the hole better and pulls a bit harder between 2-4 grand whereas the 93 tune seems to pull harder once I'm over 4 grand. May just be my imagination.

I run BP 93 octane on a Bamachips 91 octane race tune. Never had any problems, or any desire to go to a 93 octane tune.

I loaded the Brenspeed 93 tune when I got my CAI and ran it for a few weeks - awesome! - and then thought I'd try the 87 tune. Ugh. Not as bad as stock, but it felt really sluggish. My wife even remarked that the car didn't seem to run as well. So I switched back to 93. Haven't tried the 91 tune. Wouldn't make any difference in my gas cost since we only have 87, 89, and 93 in this area, so I'd have to run the 91 tune with 93 gas.
