SS Braided Brake lines?
I'm looking at getting SS braided brake lines. I see Steeda has a nice set for $230, but Summit Racing has some from Earl's that are only $120. Both are supposed to have the proper fittings and be made to bolt in. Anyone have any experience with either set? Are the Steeda ones $100 nicer, or are you paying more for the name?
Thanks for any input!

I use the Goodridge on my Audi A4and Vw Gti. I will be using on the Mustang as well when I start working on the brakes. I've never used Earl so I can't help you there, but I've never had a problem with the Goodridge. $216 is very expensive, not to knock a sponsor, but you can get them from another sponsor, Tire Rack, for $142.
So I guess there isn't a $100 difference between the Goodridge and Earl's. What about the Steeda's? Has anyone used these, or seen different brands in person to be able to compare?
I run the Stoptech brake upgrade from Brenspeed which has SS lines, fluid, and pads.
The SS lines came in a Stoptech bag but I don't know how much different they are from Earls.
With just the lines and fluid I felt a significant difference in brake feel, pedal effort, and presumed stopping distances. It may not significantly improve stopping distances until I switch out the pads (stockers still have lots of life left), but it is a confidence builder.

Brakes is the last place where I would get cheap.

I'd go with Earl's!
