Car wont start. Need ideas

Car wont start. Need ideas
Ok on wednesday I finished putting the new turbo kit in. I started it and everything ran fine besides the oil feed line needed to be tightened down.
Saturday I changed the oil and filter, put in the nozzle for the methanol, and put up the over the axle pipes. This is all I can remember me doing and now the car will not start. Battery is fine, Fuel pumps are working and nothing in the fuel filter. Nothing clogging any of the fuel lines either. I even checked the fuel rails for fuel and theywere full.
The car turns and tries to start but it almost seems like there is no spark. From wednesday to saturday i would be shocked if almost all of my plugs or coil packs went out. Sometimes it starts for a second and dies. I know the fuel mixture is extremly rich but it started wednesday and the sunday before that with no problems.
I really cant seem to find the problem...the only thing I havent checked yet would be spark but its hard to believe most of the cylinders went out in a couple days.
Oh and as far as i can see everything is connected right. MAF is the only thing i disconnected but the flow arrow is pointing the right way.

If you know it's getting fuel and you know it's getting air, it's probably a spark issue.
Check to make sure you didn't somehow get oil into the spark plugs. Try running a ODB diagnostic to see if you have any sensors out.

I was thinking it may be the spark but it may run too lean to start? So many different variables so the tuner im working with will send me a new base tune. hopefully that will just solve the problem
