roush black jack
A fellow employee just ordered one and its about a week away. Does anyone know what these are putting down on rwhp? Also I believe they use a whipple right? Looks like I will have to get my blower soon.

Sorry but theRoush Charger isnot a twin screw but it is a roots type supercharger
I am not a fan of the little Roush tuner packages like this (drag pack, track pac, dork pack) but to each his own.

Roush, Saleen, & Eaton(roots) and Whipple & Kenne Bell(twin screw) are somewhat related. Subtle differences really...
Twin screws compress the air in the housing, and the Roots as it exits the housing and passes through the outlet(into the motor). Both are similar in operation, and mechanics. They use two opposing shafts turned by the motor to create boost pressure.
The biggest disadvantage the roots supercharger has vs. the twin screw is its thermal inefficiency - or its nature to produce high discharge temperatures. Meaning intercooling is a good idea if you plan on running a decent amount of boost.
