Ok I know this topic has been covered 50 billion times. But I have a question and I have tried searching for it but nothing really helped.

I'm looking in to getting some lower control arms. Is J&M a good company....what are some pros and cons. I'm asking this because I see American Muscle has them and there pretty cheap. My car is not lowered but I am looking at putting 18 inch rims on the back. ANY suggestions or any help would be great.

 

anything is better than the stock ones.
