traction control

I dont think some of you know how it works.....it only engages itself when it detects excessive wheel spin or an inbalance where one wheel is spinning more than another......during normal driving, it does nothing......it only"sucks power and applies the brakes" in those condtions, and it has no impact on gas either

I let a friend drive my car, he got it sideways ,I couldn't turn it back on fast enough, that was a exciting ride
It helps with traction on a slick surface. It applies the brake with enough force to allow the LSD to
be able to transfer some power to the opposite wheel. However it will not react fast enough to stop a spin.
Its traction control not stability control.
I tend to keep mine off a lot, Actually its off all the timewith my Race Program as its disabled.
It keeps me from forgetting to turn it back off if I shut the car off for something.
Per Howarmat's advice I kept it on the Performance and Torque Programs.
