Default Low Fuel Error

Anyone have issues with the fuel gauge/trip computer on their Stang? My specific problem is that when I fill up (obviously fill up to full), the trip computer will read only half the miles until E, even though I know I put in enough for a full tank. Well, as I start driving, the miles will start to increase until it's pretty much at full. Then, randomly, the trip computer will beep and say fuel level low (the needle will be on E), and the computer says "FUEL LEVEL LOW, DTE FLI DATA ERR."

It happened the first time, then after 2 more times I now have the check engine light on. I am taking it in for service on Monday, but just curious as to whether anyone else had this issue. Thanks!

Default RE: Low Fuel Error

Mine to this day has a similar issue, but without the CEL. If you take a turn to quick the gas sloshes off the sensor in the tank because Ford got stupid and put it in a weird position. It usually doesn't do it when I fill up unless the error happened on the way to the gas station. I would say its just a minor inconvienience, but with the CEL, definately get it checked out.
