Where is the Smart Junction Box located? I have to get to fuse f2.17 on the restraints control module to disable the airbags....

Thanks for the help.

ok I got that, but how do I actually get to the fuses? The "covers" won't open. I'm not talking about the one outside visible to the passanger but the one over the switches...
