Default I need some info quick...Installing suspension parts, do I really need to replace the bolts?

Tomorrow I was going to install some BMR goodies:
Relocation Brackets
Adjust LCA
Adjust Panhard
Panhard Brace

Well BMR install guides say reuse factory hardware on stuff not supplied by them, Partsbill told me that the manual says to replace some bolts.
Aren't bolts good for a few retorques?
I really wanted get this done tomorrow andI don't think I can get the hardware in time.
What do you guys think, doI really need to replace the stuff?

manual says get new bolts, many people reuse them as long as they can still be torqed down completely

I just finished installing the BMR LCA's now...lol actually I'm still in the garage. But i just used the bolts that the factory LCA's used.

And I used this

Oh and have fun with getting that back bolt off for the stock LCA, was a bitch for me.

I've removed and installed my LCA and panhard bolts probably 3 or 4 times. Always retorqued to spec and I've never had an issue.

I've retorqued my lca bolts several times. They have never come loose. I check them occasionally when i'm under the car.

Great that is ease of mind.
I really wanted to get this done tomorrow but I didn't have to get the new bolts.
I really figured they would be ok anyways.
Thanks Guys.
