We don't work on them while we drive we just touch the screen to bring up call locations and even that can get hairy sometimes.

Pretty sure DeStonn is only saying that HE and the other cops he knows don't use that computer while driving.
Obviously, he's not speaking for every single cop in the world. And yeah, I've seen cops doing ridiculous stuff while driving and swerving all over the road.
