Default Failed NC State Inspection OBD Test

So, I have the following performance mods:

C&L Racer Intake
Off Road H Pipe
Brenspeed SCT Tune
Flowmasters

Whatis required for me to pass the Test? Should I just plug in the SCT and return it to the stock tune? If so, how long do I need to drive the car for the codes to clear?

Apex

I was with the tech the entire time. They did not do a visual for the cats. It was the OBD that failed. I'm assuming that my Tune has the O2 Sensors turned OFF so I don't get a check engine light. I guess that makes it fail the OBD Test as well? Should I just install MIL Eliminators and turn the O2 sensors back on?

Would that solve the problem?

I'm a little surprised that you were not informed the sensors were switched off (if they are). Even so, I would have thought you could install your stock tune which will re-enable the sensors, no?

If I remember correctly, I remember Brenspeed telling me they would disable the O2 / Check engine light in the tune they provided so I could run the Off Road H Pipe.

I guess I could reinstall the tune, just not sure if that will fix the problem. If I reinstall the tune, then it will still throw codes because I don't have MIL Eliminators installed.
