Default TPMS warning?

When I start my '07 Mustang, the TPMS light comes on for 3 seconds and the starts blinking for 30 seconds and then goes out. It doesn't come on when driving. After driving a while, If I then stop and turn off the engine and restart it, the blinking TPMS light sometimes comes on and sometimes not.

BTW the tire pressures are fine and the car has the original tires with only 2446 miles.

Is this a warning of somethine wrong or is it normal?

The owners manual only says there is a problem when the blinking light stays on. The 2007 Ford shop manual says if it blinks for 70 seconds and then stays on there is a problem.

What does your TPMS light do?

System does it's loadup diagnosis and all lights go off. That isn't normal at all.

You might have a faulty TPMS

Took it to two dealers and they can't find any faults or errors codes. The shop manual says if it blinks for 70 seconds and then stays on a fault should show up. Doesn't say anything about 30 seconds and going off.
