in order for you to really see the max gains out of the cams you should go with some longtube headers. It's pretty expensive for the gains it gives

cams are basically giving people 20 HP for 2000 dollars (parts and install).
Not a very smart modification on the 3-valve.

I agree and most people are losing hp below 3,000 RPMs.

I have the crower stage II cams and they work great with nitrous. I ordered a custom grind set today for my new motor. better off getting a custom grind with the correct lobe separation for your particular setup.
