What hood did you buy exactly? The only true KR hood will never be sold to the public, and the only decent copy is the Trufiver Venom, which will not work with anything but a GT500 fascia.
Did you get the Trufiber GTS or GTS-2? Or the Cervinis one? Those are similar to the KR style but for the GT and V6 fascias.
