D1SC Installed!!! New Pics!!!
I think it just got mishandled when I spun the intake pipe upwards during the spark plug change...I had killed to stock ones when I started the car the night before I installed the Autolites because the car was running very rich...then I think I killed the autolites driving the car to the shop on the base tune file MPH sent me, lol...
On most cars running through spark plugs isn't that bad, on our cars the damn set is around $100...now that sucks [:'(]

"So first of all the Autolite spark plugs were crap on the dyno, so they were changed out for the FRPP spark plugs..."
Ford Racing are re-badged Autolite plugs. You must have gotten a bad batch?

Well MPH said the FRPP plugs have been doing better than the autolites in their setups...I am going to be taking them back to summit...thanks for the heads up though I didn't get to compare the plugs since they did the reinstall to actually know they were just rebadged...
Is the MAF on the intercooler outlet on yours? Mine came as part of the inlet tube to the throttle body. The, last August, Procharger wanted to test the intercooler location to try to get a more stable reading location. They did it free and threw in a MAFia as well.
My numbers are low since it was on their Mustang dyno, about 95 degrees, 91 oct tune, and it all runs through the automatic.
You shouldnt have a problem hitting 500rwhp with the additional mods.

yeah I hope so...I am already higher in torque than your sig says, so I hope that means my rwhp numbers will be higher also
...do you have the D1SC or the P1SC, not that it matters because with low boost like both of us have its going to be very similar on the numbers side of things...Do you think your 3" exhaust actually made a difference? I am hoping that the headers will actually make a difference as well as having the lighter driveshaft...Also I thought I was getting my car back tonight, but after the clutch install they wanted to keep it one more day so that they can check the tune they installed on the street as well as check to make sure everything is good with the clutch install...I can't wait to get her back tomorrow
...JoeMagna is going to be taking me up to MPH to pick up my car...THANKS JOE!

It made a difference, I just dont know exactly how much. The first time ProCharger dynoed mine, it hit right at 450rwhp. Outside temp was about 65. Everything was completely stock other than S/C. By mid August, the exhaust and headers were on and they tested the new MAF location. Outside temp was around 95 degrees (maybe a bit more, but not over 100) and high humidity. Basically, it was the hottest days we had here for the season. Numbers up to 459 this time. 30 degrees cooler would make a nice difference, i'm sure. Torque is low because of the auto.
The only difference between the P1 and D1 is how much air it moves. The impeller is shaped slightly different. The housing, impeller speed, step-up ratio, and inlet/outlet openings are the same. The guy I seen with the D1 said the gears in that one were not straight cut. And apparently, that will be an option in the future. I've seen an 04 Termie with an F2 orF3on it. Damn thing sounded like it was going to suckthe shirt off your back while just idling.

Just to clear it up for some: My ProCharger is only loud at idle. As soon as youhit the gas, or go above idle, there is only a whistle.Cruising down the highway, there is a slight whistle just likea jet at altitude. To me,its a very relaxing sound, yet intimidating, because I know what is unleashed with the right foot.Just like the whine of a TS at full throttle, it produces an ear to ear grin. Once moving, mine is only heard by others if they are standing around, or moving slow with the windows down. Anything above 20 mph, they wont know it exists due to the noise they hear from their own car. As you said, there is no mistaking a ProCharger if it idles by you.
