im trying to figure out what peice of my car this is. i found it in my garage where i park my ca and dont know where it belongs can any one help me?

the part number on it is f3le-6c070-ab

Looka like some sort of twist in rubber plug or floor drain.

It looks like there's a FoMoCo part number stamped on it. Might be able to search for it here:

Might help to figure out where it goes.
