I used a 3M Vinyl Decal from BSM. it's been on for 2 years and still looks great.

i bought the CDC blackout panel... you have to get it painted...

in any event, i just had it painted matte black and it looks amazing. it is slighty raised and sits very nice between the two taillights...i will post pics once i get it on. it is ranining here so i want to wait until i attach it with the 3m tape... This is a much more expensive option because the panel is $130+ and you still have to pay for paint.

I went to a local graphics shop and had a vinyl black out installed, it cost $40.00. The template is on there computer and a machine cuts it out. They can do any color you want flat or glossy. Its been on there for over a year with no problems and no fading.
