I recently ordered 6 rims. 2 18x10, 2 18x9 and 2 17x9. I ordered the 18's with tires mounted and balanced. The 4 rims with tires mounted and balanced came to my doorstep in just a few days. However, the 17x9's did not come. I figured they were just a day behind or something. A couple days later they still didn't come in so I emailed support with my concern. Within a half an hour, I received an email back exlpaining that it was their fault and they would ship the 2 rims out that day. About an hour later I received another email that confirmed the rims were shipped. I just wanted to commend them on their great customer service. When there was a problem on their end they made it right, quickly.

On the other side of the fence, I emailed another company for a quote onthe same package(I won't give names since they are a forum sponsor), I didn't hear back from them soI went ahead and ordered from American Muscle. The day the 4 rims and tires came in fromAmerican Muscle,I received avoicemail from the other company asking me to call them so they could give me a quote, this was 8 days after the originalemail went out!!

Great job AmericanMuscle.com, you will definitely be getting more business from me.

Ibought some stuff last summer and when it shipped I noticed that their warehouse is like 5 minutes from work.I had to return something so I just dropped by and did the switch in person. The guys invited me in to the warehouse while I waited and I was like 'mmmmm.." kid in a candy store.Stacks of rims andtires, hoods, you name it. They must be doing something right becuaseI was told that they were looking to move to a bigger space.

i'm pretty sure i know what other company you are talking about.

in the next month or so i am lowering my car and buying some DD bullitts. i had planned to buy from american muscle. this pretty much confirms it.

i'd rather pay a few more dollars and get piece of mind and fast customer service. if it takes 8 days to respond to a sales lead, i'd hate to think about the response time when they already have your money!
