Getting a garage...Question

Logos and Vinyl Graphics Typically applied under a final UGloss-AF clear topcoat, logos may be "painted" into the floor using UCoat It materials of contrasting color or a high-quality, two-part urethane automotive paint. Vinyl graphics are another alternative. When using vinyl it is important to use a high-quality, UV and chemical resistant material typically used for outdoor signs. Printed or metallic finish vinyls may be used provided they are finished with a chemical resistant laminate. Your local sign shop should be able to help you select the best material. Let you sign shop know you will be using a solvent-based (Xylene) clear coat over the material. Always test any material prior to application to ensure compatibility with UCoat It floor coatings.

My brother had piping put in before they poured the floor so he could have a heated floor. It's fed with a hot water heater. He just loves it! No more cold floor or garage! I don't know if you live anywhere it gets cold, but it's a cheap quiet way to do it.
I've got a three car garage, which you can actually get three cars in. I coated the floor several years ago with an oil based epoxy. Approx two years later, I put down another coat. I would recommend an oil based over a latex based paint. I wated about four days untill I pulled my car's into the garage. I also waited several weeks before I would put the car's in the garage with warm tires, just to play it safe. I didn't use the stuff that you sprinkle on the floor, because I wanted a very smooth surface. The floor is extremely slick though when it is wet. In a few months I will probably do another coat, while I redo my garage cabinets. I take alot of pride in my garage and vehicles. I will post some photo's in the future.
Some of you guys need to check out garagejournal.com. They are some really awesome guys over there and if you have a question about a garage, its almost safe to say they have the answer......To the OP, before you put down your floor coating, post up on the journal aboutthe stuff your using. I can assure you someone over there has used it before and can tell you some things about it.........
