Default New Here...

Hi All,
New to the forum but not exactly new to Mustangs. I bought a 70 Mach 1 in 72 and planned on keeping it forever. In 75 a drunk running a redlight ended those plans. When the 05's came out I loved how they went Retro with the body style but I was in a lease and couldn't get out.

Well in Jan. 08 I took the plunge and bought an 08 GT and I absolutely love it.

Awesome man congrats on the new stang, they are a blast. Welcome to the forums, the guys know a lot and can help out with practically anything. Just be careful, there is a nasty mod bug going around that's highly contagious. [sm=badbadbad.gif]

Welcome! And from the age of your previous Stang, you're in a rather impressive age group of S197 owner's! Plenty of us "possible old coots" and "old coots" here! The Stang will definately keep you young.

I became a Grandpa 3 days after I bought it. Seems like a fitting car for a grandpa though!!

That's what your back seat is for. Congrats on the car and your new status.

Yea, trying to make it look like my orange 70. Couldn't help myself. The disposable income will be going towards performance next and that's when I'll be drawing on all the fine expertise here.
