Default Moleskin

Used the search feature but didn't quite get what I wanted.

Having just had my windows tinted for the first time, I don't want to go through the hassle of them scratching. I've got an 06 GT so the old fashion needs moleskin dilemna. Naturally the guy who tinted them said it's not required but I'll listen to the hundreds of people who have had their windows scratch because of the wipe first.

Anyway, question is... There was a place selling the stuff for pretty cheap, and I don't mean the $30 kit that TacoBill got. With that being said, is that cheaper stuff that everyone was raving about ( I think it was like... 5 cent a foot, and you had to pay shipping or some crazy thing like that.) any good? Need link to the cheaper stuff as well.

Thanks.

Thanks guys. Yeah, that's the cheap stuff I was talking about. Not going to roll my windows down till I get this stuff... and then I'll let it set for another day to let the adhesive dry.

What exactly does the moleskin do? I had scratches in my old tint (5% on it when i got it) but I had to get that tint removed because it is illegal in my state. I'm planning on getting 35% put back on so I wondered what this stuff does and how you install it.
