Well, when I got my wheels put on at Americas Tire, their TPMS bands did not fit so they ordered me some for free from some aftermarket company. I have seen a thread about this before so I would suggest using the search button.

They sell a universal kit that includes bands, brackets and adhesive. You'll need 1 kit per wheel at a cost of about $16.99/kit. I had mine in about 4 days w/standard shipping.

I just had my wheels and tiresput on last week. I ordered the bands from americanmuscle, the kit comes with adhesive, brackets and bands, everything needed to make the install simple.

Some 65" Stainless Steel worm gear hose clamps would do the job.
Like what holds signs to the posts at gas stations.
