Got mine from www.webelectricproducts.com .

Quick shipping and you can save 30-40 bucks if you ship them your old string. Even comes with the box to ship them back in. Install is super easy, and I am the least bit car savvy. I used Taco Bill's write up, which made that much easier. Not sure if anyone has posted a quick link, but here it is:

I chose the meter4it kit b/c you can select with a jumper how you want your lights to react. Choose between sequential, chase, or factory operation. How can you go wrong with this kit?

+1 on the WebElectrics http://www.webelectricproducts.com/

Had them on for ~ 6 months.. no issues whatsoever. Everything fit like a glove. They will also give you a $30 credit for your old stock OEM harness... I applied my credit to the DRL kit.. just got em this week!

A lot of people seem to be getting those lately, what is the best price for them, or do they all run at around the same price?
