My right cover fits perfectly, but my left one I have to occasionally go behind the car and bang it back into place. It's not going to fall off since it's secured in by the trunk, but it sometimes gets a little loose.

Thanks yeaa thats trueIm in cali so I should probably go with the covers if I dont wanna get a ticket and save some money

I would base that solely on the laws where you live.
I am 95% sure its illegal here in california to do this type of mod (blacking out tail lights) as I heard you can get tickets for it (fix it ticket mind you)
so with the covers you can just pull them off easy.. tinted ones you would have to buy new stock ones and replace them..
but again, if its not illegal in your state I would probably tint them
