Default Panbar

I went to look under "Calie" today to make sure she is ok and when I hit her panbar, it sounded like it was filled with metal beades or something(WTF!). Maybe one of the parts I need to replace? What do you guys or Girls think?

It's filled to keep down NVH. The birdshot or whatever that is inside absorbs noise and vibrations, thus keeping them from being transmitted to the chassis.
