Default rattle issue

ok so i had horrible dash rattle, it just recently started and i have 38000 so my warrantys out which sucks. my exhaust hanger was bent up really bad (we figured out that this was the source of the rattle) so i called ford and got a new exhaust hanger for like $40. i went to pick it up today and it was totally different, but the parts manager said it would fit. well i went to the local shop and they tried to put it on but that wasnt happening so he called the ford service department where i got the part from and the sales rep said that they didnt make the original exhaust hanger anymore so i was gonna have to buy a whole new transmission cross member that cost like $70. so my question is should i go ahead and get the new trans cross member or just leave everything how it is. I have one hanger on the left side, but the right side is off and theres no rattle. Ive been driving around today and my xpipe doesnt seem to be loose or anything (its bolted up pretty tight and seems pretty secure) but i dont know if its a good idea to leave that right side bracket off. Will my exhaust come loose without that one bracket? So should i get that cross member or will my exhaust be safe without the right bracket?
