I am very tempted to buy these boomtubes...this would make the fourth set of mufflers i have tryed. Just wondering what they would sound like with my longtubes highflow cat x pipe. Would itbe just too loud ?or too raspy ?..If anyone has this setup or has any thoughts on how this would sound i would appreciate the feedback.

^ +1...it is hard to make the boomtubes sound raspy...the x-pipe might give it a little raspiness but the Boomtubes will take care of the rest

i have violators and i think they are almost like the boomtubes, they are straight through with the cheese grate hole things along the sides, so i'm guessing they wont sound too different from each other. here's a clip of mine, although i don't have cats on my x pipe. i get compliments everywhere i go, sounds even meaner when i get on it.
