Default F'ing Speaker Buzz in Door!!!

I'm very **** when it comes to audio, I'm a recording engineer. I love my mustang but he passenger door speaker was buzzing so I decided to install new speakers. Guess what, It's still buzzing with the new speakers. I've taken the door apart about 4 times now. It's definitely something in the door vibrating and not a speaker or amp problem. Tried adding acoustic foam to different parts of the door but I've had very little luck in removing the buzz completely. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of the buzz? It is also present in the driver side door though it is not as bad. I don't have the shaker so I'm only talking about the speaker in the door. I'd appreciate any help if you can. Thanks!

P.S. I'm glad I installed the GT muffler so I can just turn the radio off and listen to my engine rev!!

Don't think It is that one, because I still heard the noise before I put that piece back on. But I'll double check. It felt like the noise was coming from near the speaker in the upper right corner. idk....

I just read a post about this the other day. Here it is:

https://mustangforums.com/m_4361483/tm.htm

And here is a TSB for door rattle/buzz:

I've had the buzzing once and while and it is annoying. Thought it was a speaker, but now I am thinking it may be oneof the issues listed in the TSB. I might try and tackle this one myself, the last time I had it at the dealer (for something else) they scratched up the plastic pretty good in several spots[:@].

I believe they say they re-tightend the sub in the bottom passenger door and re-sealed the black plastic cover over it. Was all covered under warrenty and took them about a hr. They also did not damage or scrath anything like alot of people say the dealer does. I guess i got a good dealer.

Unfortunately I don't have the shaker system. So my buzz is coming from the door speaker. And I have a 2007 so I don't think the TSB helps me either.

Place a piece of sticky foam on the back side of that plastic piece and your problem will be solved. To remove it just gently pry at a corner with a flat blade screw driver.
