Default side window louvers

Hello,

My finance just ordered a mustang for herself. MY DREAM CAR. It wont be at the dealer till next week. I want to surprise here with the side window (quarter panel) louvers. I talked to her about getting them and she wants them to be black. I guess this is the cheapest way as well, cause i have noticed the painted ones are double the price. So, the ones i get i want it so that It was meant for leaving black if you wanted to.

Does anyone have any links on these louvers, as I'm on budget. I'm looking to spend around $ 50-85. I would appreciate anyones help with this.

thank you.

here's a link tofew different styles of louver from one of the site sponsors: http://wheelskin.com/Merchant2/merch...p;store_code=W
as you can see, however, all are above $150. i don't think you'llfind new ones for $50.

Anyone have problems clearing your blind spot before merging after installing these things? Seems like they would interfere with it.

i can see through the slats enough to compensate for the obstruction. soon i'll be swithcing to the shr louvers, though, and that'll eliminate the problem entirely.

I thought I would have issues with being able to see out them but I don't at all. If you're turning your head any vehicle in your blind spot can also be seen partially through the corner of the back glass. The sightlines were really what kept me on the fence about putting louvers on my car but I did it anyway and now I'm glad I did....it's a non-issue.

Yeah I see. SHR louvers have pretty good visibility. I like the look of these better:

But they don't give much visibility. Those are the ones you have right now ink003?

I bought these from www.stage3motorsports.com for $69.95 and painted them myself, they came moulded in black, I see they went up to $79.95 recently but for the money they were well worth it.
