when i had my seat done that was a concern i had like whitey said saddle soap or i have leather conditioner whips in the trunk in my little detail kit i keep. price you pay for leather.

Definately... only wear a Thong at the Most.. but if you drive nude, people not only would notice your mustang.. they will notice YOU as well, and you won't get jean stains on your nice leather!
Getting Dye out of leather is a bitch!

LOL I cant believe how many of you responded with dont wear pants..
Good news, they aren't "stains" just marks I suppose you'd call them. I got the majority of them off with simply a damp cloth. Professor Wizard, I'm going to invest in the spray you mentioned. And protect the leather further in an attempt to aviod this happening in the future.
THanks for your suggestions guys! (Perhaps I'll keep the thong at most idea in mind for a night on the town )
