Hey wondered if anyone has ordered through them. looking at getting thier CDC classic chin spoiler-painted, and was wondering if anyone had knowledge of their paint quaility?

Don't know about their paint quality. But i did order my JLT 2 cai from them.

They shipped me the v6 version instead of the GT, but they hooked up me up pretty good once i called them and let them knew what was up. I had the GT version shipped to me overnight and they also took away all the shipping charges. So i ended up saving about $18 and waited an extra day, not too bad if you ask me.

 

i ordered most of my suspension through them. top quality customer service. They called me the next day after my order to confirm it

 

I ordered my headlight splitters pre-painted from them. No issues.

 

I was just going to post a thread about them. I ordered a Mac pro chamber from them. They charged me and the I heard nothing. I checked status and it just said payment recieved. I e-mailed customeer service and got no responce back. I called maybe 7 times. First I got an answer and got some stoner sounding dude. He said I will call Mac and get an update. Heard nothing back. A few days laters I got some nice lady who told me the guy weren't in yet and to call back later. I guess I thought she would say can I take a message and follow-up with you. Called back again and got a younger girl you told me that the would be in the wharehouse this weekend and shipped out. I called yesterday several more times and finally got something other then the voicemail and got the stoner dude again. He told me the same thing. I will have to call Mac. I call this the run around. Not once did they let me know it was backordered or anything. Just got the run around. I asked the guy if I could cancel my order and he said OK and hung up! This went on for over 3 weeks. I still have not seen my refund yet. I say beware of these guys!

 

I ordered all my interior billet chrome accessories from them and no issues at all. Fastest shippingof all them. CJ Pony parts are jackasses though...major issues with them.

 

Do some searching on this company before you order, there's one company that I've read MANY posts about, and I thought it was this group??? If it is, then beware, if it's not....then sorry for the bad press.

 

I've ordered a few things from them and have never had any problems (crosses fingers as something is on the way now). I've even called and gotten someone on the phone who answered my questions and then CALLED ME BACK with more answers.

You're thinking of RPM Outlet . I've heard almost nothing but bad things about them.

 

I have ordered several items from them. Including a drive shaft that was mislabeled in their description. It turned out that Lakewood performance had made the error not them. However, they sent me two and paid the shipping on everything. I ended up getting a complete refund since Lakewood didn't make the correct part. I had no issues with LMPreformance though. They were always helpful and courteous. No problem with the refund either.

Good company in my opinion, I'll buy from them again!
