I'm interested in trying Zaino this spring. I want to get my car off to a good start. Anyone know if it is abrasive at all? My car is only a little over a week old and i really don't want to start with abrasive waxes/polishes already.

The kit runs aroun $90.00 which i hear is worth it, but a couple of my buds want to split it. Does anyone know how many applications you get out of the kit? Or is it just a one time deal.

I just ordered some Zaino products and for most of the products they say if you use the amount they say that you could get 25-30 applications. I would recommend getting more than one bottle of the Z7 as this is the car wash and will run out much quicker

I use it and it is not abrasive. I use the car polish 2-3 times per year and the other times I use the detail spray. The car polish lasts for quite some time and I use about 2 bottles of the detail spray per year. It's great stuff.

Oh cool, then i think i will definately split the main part of the kit up with my friends. It'll definately save some money. exx1976 I was looking into blackfire, it seems to be more of a color enhance as opposed to Zaino, which is more for producing a lot of gloss.

I may look into it in the future, but for now i'm looking to get a good, protective coat on my fresh paint

Thanks for the info!

yea Zanio is the best. I use the claybar a lot and then it comes with a wax that you need to mix to activate it.

Yeah, their website kinda reads that way, I agree, but that's not what it is. It's not a colored wax, or any of that silly stuff. You need to find someone that's used it on their car and take a look. I gambled on it, figuring "You get what you pay for", and trust me, that's the only thing touching my car from now on. It's amazing.

Just like anything else, the protection is only as good as the number of layers and the frquency of application.. Can you even layer Zaino? You'd better ask someone who uses it before you try it.. Blackfire is Carnauba. The more layers, the deeper the shine..
