Default 7.5 gear installation help

I need to find an installation shop that guarantees installation without whine in the dallas texas area. I had richmond gears installed last week and they whine all the time.
Please help!!!!!!!!

first, install ford gears, second, i called dynosports racing in memphis, and they will only fix them if the whine the same day in memphis... for 600 bucks at that?!? Im in the process of changing mine myself.

the shop installed them saturday and i'm going to call them tommorrow. They also know the gears whine because they told me when they test drove it. they only told me the whined during decel but they whine all the time. im on the highway doing 60 and they are just howling. they told be everything was setup properly something about .11 backlash.

They are set up properly when they don't whine. F the ".11 backlash".

Richmond gears - very strong but they will whine. They are racing gears, straight cut, and you can ease the whine but not get rid of it - whine doesn't matter in an all out drag car, but they are a pain for a daily driver (considering swapping mine for motive or FRPP if I can find some). It isn't in the set up, it is the nature of Richmond gears.

like i said, first get ford gears.... if they are set up properly, they dont whine
