I have the B&M shifterin my car (5-speed maunal). Easy, easy install. Reasonable price compared to others. It doesn't give a huge reduction percentage like some of the competitors, but I definitely noticed amuch shorter throw than stock. The shifter is roughly one inch (maybe 1.5") longer than stock, which feels much more comfortable when you have a soda in the cup holder. Retains stock appearance......shifter ball and boot, etc. I haven't noticed any extra noise or vibrations from it. Shifts are very smooth and easy.......can be done with one or two fingers just like the overpriced MGW shifter.

I highly recommend it.
