Can a prochamber and long tube headers be run without modifying?

Yes. I have the Mac LTs and O/R Prochamber and it sounds very nice. I have SLP Loudmouth axelbacks, too.

I have the magnaflow magnapack cat-back and want LT's with some sort of h-pipe or prochamber...with catalytic converters without having to modify the exhaust

I think American Racing headers might be your only solution...otherwise you will have to modify the h/x pipe you get with the LT kit...or another LT kit that has a catted mid-pipe...if you go the OBX route and you wait a bit...I'll have my setup done with high flow cats using the OBX setup and I can give you some feedback on my experience...That will definitely be your least expensive route...
