Default Driveshaft Advantages

Hey everyone, one mod that I have been looking at is a one-piece driveshaft. I was just wondering if you could tell me the advantages of a aluminum one-piece driveshaft. I think I know a couple things from searching but just making sure i am not missing anything that would persuade me to pick one up sooner. Also, is it worth the money? and how hard is the install? also who makes the best one for the price? thanks

I found with the Shaftmasters I added that I got rid of the vibration and the car accelerates much quicker. Picked up a couple of tenths at the track after I changed to the aluminum shaft. Shaftmasters has a great price, and I think it was definitely worth the upgrade.

The one piece made a pretty big difference in the slack that was previously in the driveline...that was the first thing I noticed...I won't be able to comment on track driving because I haven't been able to get to the track yet...

I've heard that there is clearance issues if your lowered more than 1". The only thing I have is rear Roush springs, will I be okay?
