Default Cleaning windows

I HATE cleaning the windows. It seems like everytime I think I'm done I see streaks everywhere! I wash, wipe wet, then wipe dry. I repeat over and over and still streaks. I've tried all different cleaners and still the same. What am I doing wrong?

uh, you're not using windex, right? [&:][>:]

Make sure you don't use anything with ammonia....it turns tint purple.

Never had any problems cleaning the windows... On the inside I don't use anything, just a microfiber cloth. Rub rub rub and it shines itself. For the outsides I use rain-x.

that's a very vague posting!

I can assume you're talking about your Mustang's windows... and you're not a maid or something, trying to clean the living room windows!

But are you talking about the inside glass?
That's when you use the tips posted above.

For outside glass, after washing normal, just dry it first with a new chamois ( I use the WaterSprite) to remove most of the water and then finish with a clean microfiber towel.

I wish you would have posted this about 2 weeks ago before I windexed my rear window[:@]. But now I have an excuse to tint the rest of the windows. I use the armor all wipes now, but they leave little pieces of the towel behind that are almost worse than streaks. I have to go over it with a microfiber towel after i use the armor all wipes to get the little white specs off.
